Wow,This is Bad

We are back  at the OR for more exploratory surgery.  The initial prognosis is not good.  The step is very loose, and it is much more wet inside than initially thought. 

Pulled the trim on the rear outside.

 Well here we go. It looks like a full vinyl pull.  All visible vinyl is coming up.

Ok we now have a good assessment of what is required to play again. We are going to pull the floor. Completely!  All cabinets are coming out in the front.  The upper plywood is completely delaminated here in the front and the entire sub-structure is soaked with water and must be removed to get rid of mold or rot issues.  The water was coming in in the rear, so it has wicked throughout the floor. Not a good sign.
